The effect of incubator humidity on chickens was obvious only at high or low temperatures, and had no significant effect at suitable temperatures. At high temperature, chickens mainly dissipate heat through evaporation, and if the humidity is large, it will hinder evaporative heat dissipation, resulting in high temperature stress. In low temperature and high humidity environment, chickens lose more heat, increase feed intake, increase feed consumption, and reduce production performance in cold. Low humidity is easy to cause dehydration of chicks and poor feather growth. The appropriate air relative humidity for chickens is 60% to 65%. In rainy and humid areas, it is difficult to keep the air in the house dry, and only comprehensive measures can be taken in all aspects of construction and management to improve the humidity of the air.

 

 

Electric incubator is too low, measures can be taken â‘  artificial humidification. Spray the entire space of the incubator chicken coop, and add disinfectant to the water according to the proportion of disinfection with chickens. Do not spray the chicken coop too wet at one time, and spray the coop in a small amount and multiple times (Figure 5). â‘¡ Adjust the ventilation.Through several field visits to the chicken house to find out the reasonable ventilation volume, determine the appropriate ventilation time, in the premise of ensuring the fresh air in the chicken house, minimize the ventilation time, to avoid excessive ventilation and cause a large amount of water loss in the house.

 

The basic measures to prevent the air humidity of the incubator chicken house is too large ① The site of the incubator chicken farm should be selected in an area with high dryness and good drainage. ② In order to prevent soil moisture from rising along the wall, a tidal layer is set up at the junction of the wall body and the foot of the wall. Adhere to regular inspection and maintenance of the water supply system, to ensure that the water supply system does not leak, and to minimize management water. ④ Remove feces, urine and sewage in time. ⑤ Strengthen the thermal insulation design of the outer protective structure of the chicken house, and pay attention to the insulation of the chicken house in winter to prevent the temperature from falling below the dew point temperature. Maintain normal ventilation and remove moist air in time. ⑦ Use dry bedding to absorb moisture from the ground and air.
