Inner Fitment With Roller Ball

Product Description

The inner holder with roller ball is a part of plastic roll on bottle. It is often called fitment as well.

The material of roller ball is PP, and the material of inner holder is PE.

There are two kinds of plastic roll on bottle produced in Shaoxing Shangyu Hongda Plastics Industry Co.,Ltd when concerning with the bottle structures.

One structure includes three parts: the roll on bottle body, the roll on bottle lid and the plastic roll on ball. The other one includes four parts: the roll on bottle body, the roll on bottle lid, the plastic roll on ball, and plastic roll on ball holder (the ball and holder also refers to as the fitment).

And for the second bottle structure, there are two different holders to fit with. The name of inner holder is invented by Hongda Plastics, it is the kind of holder that the lower side of the ball holder is totally within the bottle when it is inserted into the bottle mouth by pressure.

The inner holder usually comes together with the 35.56mm pp plastic roll on ball as a set, and is commonly used for 50ml, 60ml and 75ml plastic roll on bottles.
