ECSM-TE580 Self-Propelled Driveway Sealing Machine

ECSM-TE580 self-propelled driveway sealing machine is designed to seal the cracks or joints in the asphalt or concrete pavement surface, assure pavement performance and prolong road service life. It is oil jacketed, diesel fired and gasoline powered. Its heat transfer system consists of a transfer oil interlayer and a combustion chamber, the heat transfer oil is heated through the combustion chamber by the burner, providing indirect heating to the sealant. The sealant heated to the operating temperature are transported to sealing wand through electric heated hose, and poured to the cracks or joints via the remote-controlled material pump switch to adjust the sealant output rate.

1. A high efficiency silent gasoline engine generator provides power for the whole system.

2. 580-liter capacity, 45 minutes heating up time, indirect heating, never burnt the sealant. An electric driven agitator ensures even mixing and improves heating speed, easy to operate and convenient to maintain. Two ports to receive the sealing wand, user-friendly.

3. Oil-jacketed tank along with 45-degree downward burner chamber allows high heating efficiency without coking sealant. Riello diesel burner, stable performance, high thermal efficiency and low fuel consumption.

4. External material pump promotes safety and minimal mainte­nance. The pump is easily accessible and can be replaced quicker compared with internal pumps. There is no wasted sealant or loss of working volume because of a submerged pump and associated hardware. Digital flow control provides smooth, even material flow no matter what volume or sealing tip is required.

5. Electric Heated Hose’s super flexibility makes for a working coverage of 270 degree.

6. A finger-tip control of sealant pumping on the sealing wand. Replaceable sealing tips, different sealing tips apply to different cracks to ensure the desired sealing results.

7. Dual digital LCD temperature controller displaying both real time and required temperatures of heat transfer oil, sealant and electric heated hose, automatically control the heating process.

8. With a double shock absorption system (leaf spring and gas spring), greatly improve the working stability and safety. Self-propelled electric motor, it can travel at 5km/h on the site, and can also be hauled by vehicles during the long distance transport.

9. The lowest loading height eases the operators’ workload and reduces work injury.
